The Rotary Club of Peekskill was proud and thrilled to welcome the Peekskll High School "Iron Devils" Robotics Team to our weekly lunch meeting.
After a year of hard work, innovation and teamwork, they recently placed second in a statewide competition held in Utica, NY and qualified for the FIRST Tech Challenge Premiere Events, where they will compete against teams from around the world. "This opportunity marks a significant milestone for the students, providing them with exposure to global STEM leaders and the chance to proudly represent Peekskill on an international stage", said Dr. Eudes Budhai, Ass't. Superintendent for Secondary Education.
The Rotary Club of Peekskill is a proud supporter of the Iron Devils Robotics Team, said club president, Tony Washington. We wish them continued success in the upcoming competition and in their future endeavors.
