Hot Prizes for the Best Chili

Please follow these steps:

  1. Sign up by downloading the PDF application.
  2. Our event coordinator will be in touch shortly with your Board of Health permit application and any info you may need to fill it out.
  3. Mail your Board of Health permit application with your $85 permit fee to the Westchester County Board of Health within 7 days of the contest.
  4. Cook your chili at a certified kitchen.
  5. Bring it to the gazebo at the Peekskill Riverfront Green Park at 11:30am on October 5th.
  6. Bask in the glory of being crowned Peekskill Chili Champion.
