Free Public Health Initiative: Outreach For Early Detection of Breast Cancer Lesions

Making Breast Exams Quick & Painless - Radiation-free and Easy, for Women Everywhere

The Rotary Club of the Hudson Valley and Rotary Club of Peekskill organized an outreach for early detection of breast cancer lesions during the summer of 2021 at the Kiley Youth Center in Peekskill.

Dr. Maria Castaldi, Chief, Breast Cancer Surgery and Director of the Breast Health Center at Westchester Medical Center, and her hand-picked medical team, will conducted the iBreastExam tests and advised on follow-ups when needed.

iBreastExam is a US FDA cleared, first of it's kind device that enables health workers to identify non-palpable breast lumps in just a few minutes, without pain or radiation. More information about the iBreastExam device can be found on their website.
