The Lianora Fratta (Natarelli) Memorial Scholarship was established to honor Lee’s optimism, resilience, and selflessness. Born and raised in Peekskill, New York, Lee was the proud daughter of Italian immigrants who instilled in her a deep appreciation for hard work, family, and community. As a young woman, she worked in her parents’ business, Fran’s Stationery Store, before graduating from Peekskill High School and continuing her education at Cazenovia College, where she earned a degree in Merchandising. Lee went on to build a successful 20-year career at Metropolitan Life Insurance.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lee was known for her warmth, humor, and unwavering devotion to her family. She approached life with grace, determination, and a sense of joy that uplifted those around her.
A $2,000.00 Scholarship will be awarded.
